Register for CTTC Computer Training and Professional DevelopmentTo register for classes, please attend a one time orientation session. At orientation, prospective clients will fill out an application, including a written questionnaire about previous computer experience and a financial aid application, if necessary. A CTTC staff member will help the client find the right class at the right skill level and at the right campus. A prospective client does not need to bring anything with them to orientation. Of course, friends are always encouraged! If you have previously attended an orientation at any point in the past, you are eligible for all of CTTC's services. Please call 323-6773 ext. 122.  Ronald Smith evacuated from Hurricane Katrina and arrived in Austin with only $40. He came to Skillpoint Alliance where we helped him obtain skills in construction through our adult workforce program, Construction Gateway. He then found employment with Zachry Construction in Austin. “Hope was a main element and this program, Construction Gateway, enhanced it and gave me the opportunity to expand my skills,” Smith said. “The people of Austin have been very generous to me.
