Graduation Location

Graduation is typically held at Austin Community College Riverside Campus' Building G Lecture Hall. Commencement is generally scheduled to begin at 11 am with a luncheon to follow. Family and friends are encouraged to attend to show their support of their graduate. Limited visitor parking is available; additional parking is available on the street. Before I started Construction Gateway, I had low self-esteem, no self confidence and very little hope for a bright future. I’ve made some bad choices in my life but I learned a lesson with every mistake and it’s helped me change the way I think.

Construction Gateway has given me the chance to re-invent myself. The program and all the instructors have given me back my self-esteem, self-confidence and something that’s far more important than anything that can be taught in these classrooms... hope. I am no longer afraid to wake up and face the day’s challenges.
