TEEC Quarterly Meeting - December 2010
The Technology & Education Executive Council (TEEC) at Skillpoint Alliance hosted its Fourth Quarter meeting on Friday, December 3, 2010. The meeting was open to a select list of executives from the high tech, green tech, education, and non-profit sectors to discuss project-based STEM education in Central Texas in order to better serve our regional economy.
Applied Materials hosted the Quarterly Meeting, which drew roughly 30 business, community, and education executives for the high-energy briefing. The morning included pecha-kucha** presentations by: UTeachEngineering, Feria Para Aprender, the E3 Alliance, Applied Materials, Citizen Schools, and Skillpoint Alliance, which provided a fast-paced insight into the unique work the council and its members do.
